The key to our success with any solution is the relationship we have built with our customers. Since we feel that we are an extension of each of our customers and it’s critical for us to have a complete understanding of their business. This allows us to be creative, innovative and proactive in our service solutions.
We also want to know their customers better than they do! We do this by meeting with retailers and consignees. We ask them about our deliveries and our service. We care about them and want their feedback on how to improve.
We don’t try to pigeon-hole your needs into a solution that doesn’t fit. We develop our solution specific to meet your expectations and customer requirements. We know that there will be some processes that are basic in nature but there are also instances that our basic SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) need to be customized for our solution for you. Measurement is critical to ensure that the processes that have been developed and implemented are working and providing the results that are expected by all parties. Our scorecards allow us to present the results to our customers.
Our constant communication through open dialogue, analysis, scorecards and customer surveys allow us to ensure that we are pursuing a best in class service to our customers. Communication occurs through our Operations team, Sales team and Executive team.
